THAT THING CALLED LOVE
Love is when you are the one and all for each other - a parent when the other half needs the selfless caring, a teacher when the other half needs guidance, a friend when the other half needs assurance, a critique when the other half needs to be corrected - a mirror for all your emotions.
Love is about reaching out and putting a smile on others face.

Love is the unconditional emotional investment that we make in our other halves.
Love is when you smile for no reason.
Love is the fondness, the attachment that you feel - the one that tells you that you will never let go.

Love is the reassurance that someone is always there - JUST FOR YOU.
Love is when you know that there are better people out there but your other half is the best for you.
Love is when you feel like two hands, fitting perfectly in to each other cuz they fill the gaps in each other's fingers perfectly.
Love is what stretches your soul to new horizons.
Love is when you are not just comfortable but in love with yourself - cuz your other half loves you.
Love is when you FEEL beautiful.
Love is when nothing is complete without that one person - that special someone
Love is when every kiss feels like the first kiss.

But all that glitters is not gold... Rite?
Love is like a coin - heads u win, tales you lose - you decide if you wanna toss or just keep it in your pocket and play it safe.
And god forbid if its Tales - well then the whole world seems to fall apart.
Your heart n your head declare the third world war against each other.
You don't just feel like trash but your minds stinks like it too.
You feel lonely even if you are standing in the middle of the Dalal Street
It feels like someone has sucked life out of you and you live like a programmed robotic creature - feels like the purpose of your life is over.
Life becomes a puzzle - where some pieces don't fit and the other's just go missing
When your tears run dry, but the pain does not.
Days are longer and time starts to crawl.
And all you feel is NUMB.
And god forbid if its Tales - well then the whole world seems to fall apart.

Its hard to say that love is worth all the pain since pain ain't a dose many would gladly take. But i think love does come with pain esp when a love one falters away or when a sacrifice has to be made. Perhaps.

Love to me is like a physical and mental disorder in which the person gets highly light headed,making him prone to a lot of extra-sweet behaviour which may result in depression when he is 'out' of the deadly disease.

Its funny how love makes life so sugary at tyms.. yet the agony of its departure's unbearable.. you can't live with it, nor can you without it..
Love for me has always been a fairy-tale sort of thing. It's amazing when it's true. Yes it can turn you into a new, lovelier you, the more beautiful you. But when it hurts, it makes you feel ugly inside.
Unfortunately I have lost my definition of love. I may be the girl who got heads at first but later got tails. So, sorry I couldn't come up with some good view of it.

amazing post, dear! you know once i wrote something similar with same questions in the end and almost everyone replied they will go for it again and again even if they know in the end they will be hurt..
Love is not something you would have forever. For some of us it lasts just a year, for some – a month, a week, a day, a moment… But isn’t our life just a moment comparing to eternity. Time is relative when it is about you being happy in love. And even if you get a chance of being with the one you love for a day only, wouldn’t it be the best day of your life. Wouldn’t it be your LIFE? Because rest does not matter.
At least for me it does not... because like someone once said "Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale" …

My experience with love,ha not much success till now :) i find that girls now days are more into relationships for fun and i don't want to into anything with such girls...and well the proper girls are my frnds... :P

Yes, sometimes Love is denied, sometimes lost, sometimes unrecognized, but in the end, always found with no regrets, forever valued and kept treasured. Bcoz to love and win is the best thing but to love and lose, the next best. TRUE LOVE is giving all you have to someone you know you're going to lose.
HE? Maybe HE has lost the route that leads to YOU and is too stubborn to ask for the direction. If I saw him, I'll help him to find path towards you:)

Love for me, Hmmm. It's everything and it's nothing. True Love accepts you, bringing out the best in you, saves you from tears, brings a smile to your face, makes you feel cared for, understands you and holds you high when you're drowning ...
These days though, Love is over rated, being confused with romance and the myriad of different things the television portrays. People have become too demanding, expecting all that they THINK love is, forgetting to look for the Real signs. Love is not all that, but the little things, a smile, a touch, a caring gesture. Not huge bouquets, dates, grand overtures ...
Anyways, that's a little from me. Though love is a topic that anyone can write essays on about their unique take on it .
